According to common understanding, GreenRoofs are divided into three types:
•Extensive GreenRoofs
•Semi-Intensive (or Simple Intensive) GreenRoofs
•Intensive GreenRoofs

These terms and their definitions have been created by the FLL
in the late 1980’s and are commonly accepted and used all over the world today.
